At MTF General Trading LTD, we are confident in the services we provide. Every client is offered a 100% money back guarantee on all design services. A 100% claim can be made if your case meets the terms outlined below.

If you are not completely satisfied with the initial work provided, a 100% refund may be issued if the concern is raised during the initial design phase.

Refund Policy

Any funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund once the initial design concepts have been approved or revision requests have been made, unless MTF General Trading LTD cancels or terminates the contract for reasons not related to your breach or non-performance.

Refund Terms

A refund request can be made when initial design concepts are first presented.
Once you approve or request changes to initial designs, the refund offer becomes void.
No refund will be entertained once the project enters the revision phase.
If requested within 48 hours of onboarding, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administrative costs).
If requested within 48 hours after initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% processing fees).
No refund requests will be accepted after 96 hours of initial design delivery.
No refund requests will be entertained after 7 working days of client inactivity.
No refund requests will be entertained if the client is unresponsive for 5 working days at any stage.
No refunds will be issued once final files have been delivered.

Website & Bundle Services

No refund will be entertained for website bundles once initial mockups are revised or inner pages are approved.
For custom bundles, refund eligibility follows the same rules as individual services.
If a bundle includes multiple services, refunds apply only to services not yet approved. For example, if the logo is approved, only the website portion may be eligible for refund at the initial stage.

General Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted to the support department.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A valid reason aligned with the project brief must be provided.
If the design follows the provided brief, refunds will not be approved, but revisions will continue until satisfaction.

Code of Conduct

Both parties agree not to publicly criticize or defame each other or any associated individuals on any platform during or after the contract period. Any breach may result in compensation claims determined by the affected party.

Good Faith Policy

Refund eligibility requires honest intent. If a client places the same design order with multiple agencies to claim refunds, it will be considered bad faith, and the refund request may be declined.

Client Responsibility

Clients must remain responsive and provide feedback throughout the project to achieve the desired results.

Unique Design Guarantee

We guarantee unique designs. If a design is found to be significantly similar to an existing one, you will be eligible for a replacement design. However, accidental similarities do not constitute liability or compensation. Clients are responsible for copyright registration.

Change of mind
Internal disagreements within the client’s organization
Reasons unrelated to design services
Business closure or name change
Requests made after the allowed timeframe
Incomplete or unclear project brief
Violation of company policies
Revision requests have been made
Website has been designed, developed, or launched
Logo or primary concept has been finalized
Custom or limited-time packages have been selected

Ownership & Rights

MTF General Trading LTD reserves the right to terminate any project or contract at its discretion. Once a refund is issued, all design rights revert to MTF General Trading LTD. You will not be permitted to use any designs created during the project.

Non-Design Services

Services not related to design are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. If included in a package, they cannot be used to claim a refund for the entire package.
